Network Analyst - Fully Remote - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global brand, are currently looking to hire a Network Analyst to join the company on a fully remote contract basis.

Role Profile:


  • Support handover activities from Discovery to Remediation ensuring the solution proposal meets the standards and the solution requirements to achieve NSP is clear and captured
  • Collate all required information to support design phases
  • Validate technical information provided to ensure accuracy
  • Work with the solution architect to confirm any surveys required and create the detailed scope/requirements ready for the supplier to provide SoW's and costs


  • Support the solution architects during the creation of HLD and LLD's where needed
  • Challenge design concepts where appropriate and ensure it meets the engineering network standards
  • Help to review and confirm the design meets the requirements to deliver NSP

Deployments, Implementations & Testing:

  • Work with sites to plan out, document and coordinate preparatory works to deliver the solution
  • Where required, define and raise IMACD's for small changes
  • Where required, raise service requests for items like PAM's, user creations etc if needed
  • Ensure implementation steps/plans for any interventions on the networks or site systems are created including back out steps and regression testing plans. Test plans to ensure the required changes have been successfully deployed will also be required
  • Work directly with and support D&T, site teams and vendors during implementations to ensure these are delivered to the requirements
  • Coordinate and support the troubleshooting of technical issues post deployment
  • Weekly team meetings and/or daily stand ups where required
  • On site visits and face to face team meetings may be required depending on resource location and available budget for T&E


  • Must have a working understand of networking concepts and technologies with some previous hands-on experience of producing designs and/or implementations
  • Experience with developing and coordinating the production and execution of network implementation plans and test scripts
  • Able and willing to perform a hybrid technical and coordination role as task and people management will be required e.g., lining up site implementations, coordinating and supporting test execution.


  • Must have a degree level qualification in networking including security, and/or Cisco CCNA certified
