We're collaborating with a prominent brand in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) market that is looking for a Project Manager with knowledge of overseeing software development projects.

The Role

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will have the ability to successfully plan and manage software projects in a fast-paced and innovative financial services industry.

In addition to having a solid foundation in project management methodologies from the conception of an idea through planning, managing risk, and product launch, you will have experience in successfully explaining and managing the software development life cycle.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Define, agree and manage scope, costs and timescales for project delivery with key CMSS stakeholders
• Work closely with the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure a coordinated delivery approach for Tier 1 client(s).
• Key point of customer contact to make sure our customers are kept sufficiently updated on project progress and that they provide the required inputs in the required timelines.
• Ensuring the day-to-day delivery from the offshore development team is on target.

Essential Skills

• 3+ Years Project Management experience in a Software Environment
• Experience in delivering successful software projects (ideally in a software house/consultancy/systems integration environment)
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, including presentations and project reporting. Comfortable delivering updates to the SMT
• Comfortable working in a software environment. Competent user of Microsoft Office products as well as the ability to understand our own product offerings
• PRINCE2
