Quality information Security Manager

London - Hybrid work pattern

Salary: up to 60000pa + benefits

I am working with a leading analytics company who are looking to develop their compliance offering to clients and internally in the form of a Quality and information security manager role. Quality, information security and data protection are critical areas for the business to enable the delivery of high-quality work to their clients, securely and to the highest standards possible

The business currently abides by industry codes of conduct and globally are certified to a number of ISO standards including ISO20252, ISO9001 and ISO27001. Additionally, they set their own internal and group policies relating to compliance and risk monitoring and measuring performance against these.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains, develops and extends where necessary existing ISO certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20252 within the UK and globally
  • Identifies, leads and supports internal projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with Standards
  • Provides high quality consultancy as a trusted advisor in relation to industry codes, quality, privacy and data protection regulations, internally and in client facing scenarios
  • Effectively manages more complex quality or data related queries and incidents, acting as an escalation point / troubleshooter

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...

  • Knowledge and experience of implementing ISO Standards and data protection frameworks in a large or complex business with multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
  • Knowledge of data protection principles, including GDPR, and the practical application of data protection laws around data handling and management within a complex business.
  • Ability to work effectively with global business teams, coaching and supporting them to maintain continued compliance against a backdrop of change and transformation.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of internal systems, governance, and IT infrastructure to allow the accurate completion of client security questionnaires and contract reviews.
  • Experience of planning and conducting internal audits in relation to quality, information security and data protection, producing clear and actionable findings and supporting business teams to implement these actions.
  • Experience of working with external audit bodies in the planning, preparation and hosting of external audits.
