Desktop Engineer - Video Conferencing

Are you an Video Conferencing Engineer looking for your next career move? Are you a Desktop Engineer with experience of VC?

My client is a large IT and Telecoms MSP, and they are currently working with a large Utilities company, looking after their Desktop Support needs. As part of this, they are looking for an experienced VC Engineer to join their team, to focus on maintaining and supporting their new VC suite.

You'll need to have experience with supporting Microsoft Teams as a minimum, and ideally you'll also have experience with the hardware support side of VC. You'll also need to be very proactive, as you'll be solely responsible for ensuring that the services are working, along with providing ongoing support for any issues that arise.

In return, my client is offering a salary of £32000 and excellent progression opportunities (the service manager started in a very similar role to this one).
