Project Manager - Business Change

Our retail client are looking for a Project Manager to join them for an initial 6 month contract. This will be remote with travel to London Victoria.

They client are looking for a good generalist PM, who has experience of working with multiple teams and across disciplines including business change and transformation. They need someone who is able to work closely with other members of the team such as business analysts and IT specialists.

Primary accountabilities and deliverables

• Set clear intent, direction and guardrails to achieve outcomes, aligned to the Partnership and business area strategy.
• Empower and support teams to make decisions and resolve challenges in line with the strategy for the business.
• As a co-owner, actively share the responsibilities of ownership and support Partners and colleagues to have a voice in our business.

The successful candidate will need to be able to manage Senior Stakeholders.
