Our leading UK banking client is seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the bank, please see the details of the role below -

Location: Remote (UK)

Duration: 6 months initial contract with potential extensions

Skills / experience required:

  • Experience of supporting a large scale software rollout.
  • Experience of first level technology desktop support e.g. Outlook, Office 365, Profiles, cloud technology, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide excellent customer care.
  • Experience of logging incident tickets in Service Now (advantageous).

What you will do:

  • For the movement of our global population to Azure you will support the Azure Virtual Desktop Migrations.
