Are you a 2nd Line Support Engineer looking for a new challenge?
Based in Huntingdon, this UK-leading Managed Service Provider are looking to hire office based 2nd Line Support Engineers on a permanent basis, ASAP.
In a nutshell, you will - provide 2nd line support and assist with the day to day operation and workload of the Service Desk Remotely and on the phone - this is not a deskside position. This role will offer career progression alongside training and development.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience of working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer in a fast paced organisation
- Windows Desktop Skills
- Windows Server Skills
- O365 Administration Skills
- Citrix / VMware Experience
- Backups / Restore Skills
- SharePoint Skills
- Ticketing System Experience
