Agile Coach

An Agile Transformation Coach is required by this major global client to join their rapidly expanding team that are responsible for implementing Lean Agile Operating models, roadmaps and implementation plans as part of digital transformation programmes for a wide range of major clients.

In order to secure this these Agile Coach role you MUST be able to demonstrate experience of the following:

• Creating and implementing Lean Agile Operating Models
• Experience as an Agile Coach in big room training sessions in Lean Agile enterprise both internally and externally
• Experience working with senior leadership shaping an Agile transformation roadmaps
• Have one or more industry qualifications such as: SAFe, LeSS, DAD etc
• Building Agile Operating Models and designing Organisation structures with the right capabilities to drive agility.
