We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver cross-functional business operations, change and regulatory and compliance projects within a major transformation programme.

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects (planning → implementation)
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology, including senior leadership
• Drive delivery against milestones, managing risks, dependencies, and RAID
• Hold teams accountable and ensure outcomes are achieved
• Support business change, readiness, and adoption

Key Requirements

• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
• Solid governance, risk, and delivery management experience
• Ability to work with technical teams (Engineering, Product, Data)
