My large Scotland based client is currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join them on a 3 month contract basis to track the progress of all initiatives coming into the Portfolio Office by monitoring and reporting progress, coordinating delivery dates and maintaining financial controls and systems, including budgeting for all expenditure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Day-to-day activities for delivery core functions including collation of RAID, resource and planning data, and MI
• Scheduling of meetings, preparation of minutes, and following up on actions
• The support and guidance on budget tracking and any compliance issues that arise
• Liaising with stakeholders of different levels and departments

Skills that would make you successful in this role:

• Experience in a Portfolio or Project Analyst type role
• Background in Portfolio office functions
• Strong project tracking experience
• Financial reporting experience
