The Company

You'd be joining a rapidly growing, series-D funded SaaS B2B Unicorn!

They've just kicked off the next hiring phase and are looking to secure multiple positions after recent funding!

Strong presence across EMEA, US, and Canada, they have an extremely unique platform which is revolutionising financial management for their customers and providing B2B engagement and benefits that are unparalleled to anything else on the market.

The Position

  • Work with Customer and Product teams to fully understand the platform and features, across a highly complex data driven platform. Focusing on integration, ingestion platform, cleansing and advanced reporting.
  • Work closely and collaborate with the entire Sales team, assisting with proposal solutions to both potential partners and potential customers. This will involve providing high level solutions designs.
  • You will be an escalation point of contact for technical enquiries from software partners and customers.
  • Involved in creating material for training and development across the business.
  • Identify new feature improvements or new feature enhancement opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS from an Implementation/Architectural background
  • Strong data ingestion experience, using tools within MDM, BI or ETL - integration of SaaS platform to larger platforms such as ERP systems, finance applications.
  • A strong focus on helping to land new customers, both pre and post sales support.
  • Ability to handle high volume of project implementations (multiple customers)
  • Strong commercial understanding, presenting technical ROI, handling technical questions from customers, being able to relay technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in understanding the deeper technicality of a SaaS platform and being an aid to securing complex solution sales.
