IR35 Update, March 2020

Our contractors and clients may be aware that this evening, the Government have announced the changes to Off-Payroll Working Regulations for the private sector (commonly known as IR35), which were originally planned for 6th April 2020, have been delayed until 2021.

 

This may create questions for all parties concerned. Our dedicated teams, who have been working on this diligently with contractors and clients for over a year now, will be hand to answer any questions.
