Due to unprecedented growth, Lorien Resourcing is investing in recruiting new talent into this award winning team onsite in Telford.

Working with one of Lorien Resourcing's key RPO / MSP clients, you will be based onsite with the recruitment team, working to successfully deliver an end-to-end recruitment service. The job requires a background within an administrative environment and someone with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail. Many of your stakeholders will be senior members of the client and you will need to remain positive when working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Acting as our Customer's representative on client site in Telford. The Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through various sourcing methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. However the role of an On-site Recruitment Co-Ordinator within the Recruitment Team is to support them by doing the following tasks:

  • Logging and processing vacancies ensuring approvals are received
  • Candidate tracking ensuring accuracy at all times
  • Helping with the recruitment process - advertising vacancies and supporting interview arrangements
  • Processing paper work for all candidates being offered
  • Producing various internal and client reports via Excel and our recruitment system
  • Act as point of contact and ensure inductions are completed for new contractor starters
  • Recruitment administration such as track and chase timesheets & extensions for contractors

We are looking for a well organised individual who has the ability to work accurately while able to prioritise effectively and quickly under pressure. The successful applicant with have strong customer focus, able to work with all client groups, in a demanding and fast paced environment. You will be acting as a Lorien representative on client site and be commercially aware and act in the best interest of Lorien Resourcing and the client at all times.

This is a busy role and while we are not necessarily looking for someone with proven recruitment experience, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the below requirements;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for a client facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, Microsoft office, Word, Outlook.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.
  • Can demonstrate commercial experience in an administration or coordination role.
