Lorien has a market leading Corporate Accounts division comprising many prestigious and established accounts as well as a strong portfolio of ever growing accounts where Lorien is engaged as the Master Vendor (RPO level). The division is currently thriving and supported by our RPO business and Lorien has continued to add to its portfolio of clients. As a result we are now looking for two key individuals that will manage and support the delivery in to a portfolio of major corporate accounts and help continue with our expansion plans.
With a specific focus working on permanent IT vacancies and delivering into some of the biggest UK based clients. On top of that, you will not be in competition with 100's of other IT recruitment companies, as Lorien is the MSP/ MV supplier to these clients. The clients are well-known companies who recruit heavily in the technology arena. With direct client access, good volume or requirements and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity. (MSP/MV)

Then you join the recruitment agency and on day one you are doing cold calling / 360 type recruitment. Not what you signed up for right??!!?? Don't be confused - this isn't portal faceless type recruitment. You will be supporting a huge client (a house hold name) in its field and deal with end to end recruitment.
What you need to bring with you:
Someone who has an IT recruitment background and operated within the technology recruitment arena is essential. The successful person must have a proven track record working within the permanent IT recruitment markets. You must also have a proven track record of high quality service delivery to be considered for this role. You will have excellent client facing skills and a desire to keep Lorien ahead of its competition by providing a world class recruitment service.
The opportunity would suit an established and successful IT / Tech Recruiter or Senior Resourcer or Account Manager with Permanent IT Recruitment Experience who is looking for a larger company that can provide greater autonomy and career progression.
