Lorien has a market leading Corporate Accounts division comprising many prestigious and established accounts as well as a strong portfolio of ever growing accounts. Delivering recruitment services from PSL all the way through to full multidiscipline RPO, MSP, MV, SOW type solutions and the division is currently thriving and in need of an additional Technical Account Manager who understands "statement of work" (SOW) arena.
This role is operating at so many different levels, that it will be exciting for someone wanting to partner with clients at a strategic operations level and engaged with the senior stakeholders with our client base. You will need to fully understand the complexities of the SOW world and feel comfortable and confident in writing up contracts, speaking to both candidates and clients. A very senior service delivery focused role working in partnership with an array of clients across a variety of sectors - FS, Pharma, Manufacturing, Engineering and Public Sector. These are all existing clients that are already engaged with Lorien at an SOW level. Lorien require a subject matter expert - someone who understands SOW that can look after the day to day running of this ever growing portfolio of clients.
Success in this role will have the ability to integrate with the clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in the SOW arena. It will require quality engagement with senior stakeholders and understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure obtain the best results. As well as exceeding client expectations, you will need to ensure Lorien's opportunities are maximised and the account is developed accordingly. In addition to the experience listed, you will be a hard-working, ambitious and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism.
This opportunity would suit an Technical Account Manager who has a wealth of experience in managing complex recruitment solutions while also showing examples of continuously improving and implementing new and improved business solutions.
