We're looking for a digital marketer to join our team at the very beginning of our journey to support renters in achieving their homeownership goals. As the product hasn't been released yet, that's the most we're able to share - but do get in touch to learn more!

Life has had a shake up recently, and how we work is changing to reflect that. We're big supporters of flexibility, so for much of the week we'll leave it up to you to decide where you choose to work. It could be amongst your home comforts, in your local coffee shop or at our fab new office in Holborn, Central London.

We like to hold marketing meetings one day a week at our London office. We've found these are most effective to do in one collaborative space together. If you live considerably further afield then we can chat about the best way to achieve this.

There's a real start-up vibe in Home Propositions and our environment is collaborative and thriving. We're a hard-working, friendly bunch from all backgrounds. There are regular virtual and physical socials - opportunities to unwind after busy days. We also love to come together to celebrate milestone events, product launches and other successes we have as a group.

What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be working with our Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive acquisition, retention and loyalty - making data driven decisions to support our business goals. You will work with the team to build customer acquisition, reach, engagement, retention and conversion strategies.

This is a fantastic time to join the team, have your say and directly influence what we are building. This role will touch upon all marketing channels and outlets available, promising to be an exciting step in any marketing career.

  • Support in developing strategies to execute, analyse and improve upon our PPC/ SEO/ Paid Social/ Partnerships and Affiliate campaigns.
  • Measure and report on digital marketing campaign performance (weekly/ monthly) and assess against goals.
  • Optimize and A/B test all online channels and the website.
  • Contribute to digital strategy and work with third parties where required.
  • Use our suite of tools - currently including SEMRush and Adalysis.
  • Implement on-site and off-site, digital and technical SEO.
  • Manage all live campaigns daily and work with other team members to keep these performing.
  • Manage budgets and keep paid media spend optimal.
  • Own and iterate the online journey for growth-focused product campaigns.
  • Website: contribute to constant improvement of landing pages and conversion rates, targeting based on valid industry benchmarks.
  • Implement audience segmentation and track performance to improve segmentation of the brand's future customer base.

About you

  • Strong hands-on digital marketing experience beyond management of digital agencies.
  • Able to implement and be hands-on, as well as, strategic.
  • Highly analytical and numerically astute.
  • Ability to understand and leverage data, making informed market decisions, including setting digital success metrics and measuring results.
  • Updated on / interested in new emerging market trends and technologies which will propel the brand's digital and performance marketing growth for the future.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook and Google Ads platforms.
  • Experience of: email marketing platforms (Sendgrid), HTML, CSS, basic Javascript for tracking.
  • Entrepreneurial, driven and motivated by the start-up spirit.
  • Proactive and creative in approach.
