Earlier this year Lorien were appointed the IT / Tech RPO solution for this client and 6 months later, off the back of amazing results and with customer experience at the very heart of what we, Lorien now have the opportunity to support them on a wider scale and partner with them across the whole of professional services. We have now been awarded the full RPO solution so Lorien Resourcing can support them, not just with Tech / IT, but across the whole of their professional service business units, additional areas now also include:

Due to this unprecedented growth (even through COVID), Lorien Resourcing is now investing in recruiting an experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner (Team Leader) to join an established team yet lead and manage a new team with this global financial service based client in London.

Job Description:

Supporting the Onsite Account Director we see this person not only as a Recruitment Business Partner involved at senior stakeholder level with the client, but also a Team Leader and managing a team of proven trusted recruiters.

To be considered for this opportunity you need to have proven experience in streamlining the recruitment process, while also being responsible for the vacancy management and pipeline for the whole business. Have experience in dealing with queries around invoicing and escalations. You need to be able to effectively establish and drive client stakeholder relationships in order to build and develop our business relationship. Engaging with hiring managers, while understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure best practise and drive recruitment forward, with the recruitment supply chain to obtain the best results.

Key skills:

  • Proficient in full permanent life cycle recruitment delivery
  • Ability to qualify job specifications with line management
  • Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client
  • Must be a proven leader, able to inspire motivate and lead a team
  • Keen interest is coaching and developing team members
  • Must understand the workings of an RPO
  • Used to driving performance against KPIs, SLAs and GM targets
  • Ability to identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice
  • Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition
  • Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction
  • Identify commercial opportunities for the onsite team to develop the service portfolio.

You will be leading a brand new team for Lorien on this side of the clients business. As a result this opportunity would suit an Experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who wants to work with a global player and a market leader in this space. Ideally you will also have experience at "people management" as you will be responsible for managing a team onsite as well. PLEASE NOTE - It is however essential that you understand RPO solutions and due to the sector our customer operates in you categorically MUST have experience within at least one of the following areas:

  1. Risk & Compliance (experience in fraud would be a bonus)
  2. HR / Human Resources
  3. FS Product & Marketing
  4. Finance & Treasury

It's important to understand that you will be engaged with the client at senior stakeholders level. You will be hands on and involved in all aspects of recruitment for the business. You would need to feel very comfortable with this level of responsibility and involvement to be considered.

This is a key role for the business and the package / prospects will reflect our desire to appoint the right person for the role.
