IT Recruitment Resourcer
(Experience in the IT / Technology Recruitment Sector Required)
Base salary: £22k-£24k + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Can you believe it's been a full year ...... 2020 was a tough year for a lot of people. Resourcers, Sourcing Partners, Account Executives, Delivery Consultants suffered massively if the clients they supported stopped recruitment or cut back or slowed down. With such uncertainty in the market it meant recruitment agencies had to make these difficult decisions through no fault of your own individual performance.
What if I told you that Lorien have never been busier. Throughout COVID we have signed up numerous new clients to various RPO / MSP type client solutions that we now need to support, deliver and partner with.
AS A RESULT - WE NEED YOU! (in fact at least 2 of you)
If I had a £1 for every time this situation played out...... Let's be honest, we've seen it a 101 times "hot desk" "warm Desk" "great client base." Then you join the recruitment agency and on day one you are doing cold calling / 360 type recruitment. Not what you signed up for right??!!?? This isn't just PSL type business where we just have TOB's agreed with the end client..... NO NO ... Lorien are engaged with these clients at a strategic solution level where ALL THEIR VACANCIES ARE WORKED BY LORIEN. Let me repeat that.... ALL VACANCIES!!! Don't be confused - this isn't portal faceless type recruitment. You will be supporting huge clients and managing the candidate attraction and recruitment process from the candidate side of things.
This is a great opportunity to work on a selection of Lorien's biggest Corporate Accounts - with over 400 IT contract vacancies and 1000 IT permanent vacancies live and ready to work from day one. These are "high volume," and "exclusive" accounts for all their IT recruitment requirements. A great opportunity for a delivery focused recruiter.

All delivery focused - ZERO new business development - Lorien are engaged at a very strategic recruitment solution level with these clients. As a Resourcer, you will be hands on in recruitment delivery to a portfolio of exclusive clients.

What you can expect to do doing on a day to day basis:
As a resourcer at Lorien, you WON'T be cold calling to generate new business - you'll be servicing our existing client, getting to know them, while having a real chance to work with the candidate market place.
