Lorien Resourcing is looking to recruit an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner for an MSP customer. You will be working for a household name, global client and can be based at either Paddington or Newbury customer site. Lorien provides clients with strategic recruitment solutions such as MSP / RPO / MV to support all aspects of its recruitment activity. Lorien ensures our client adopts the relevant recruitment 'best-practices' to meet all its recruitment needs.
The team onsite with this customer have been successfully running their MSP service for several years, but 2020 is the year of even bigger ambitions. GROWTH is the name of the game and we are looking to expand our offering to include SOW, Employed Consultant and Permanent placements.
We are also implementing our "Proactive Delivery Service" by working in partnership with stakeholders and the business to develop a more efficient recruitment delivery model.
Acting as a true Recruitment Business Partner you will play a vital role developing stakeholder relationships onsite to understand their business needs. As a result, this opportunity would suit an established, experienced Onsite Recruitment Business Partner who has that experience in an MSP environment.
Working onsite with Lorien for this MSP customer and acting as our customer's representative, the Onsite Recruitment Team is responsible for promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. You will act as a bridge between the client and the internal stakeholders and Lorien's delivery team and external 2nd Tier / 3rd Tier agencies for all contract delivery across all corporate functions.

Ideally recruiters who have come from an IT / Tech background and understand contract recruitment will have a distinct advantage due to the nature of the client and the sector they work in. However, you will have to deliver into other corporate functions (as well as IT / Tech) for this client too.
The role of an Onsite Recruitment Business Partner:
- Sell the Lorien service capabilities to stakeholders to help grow our revenue.
- Educate and support the business managers in contractor recruitment processes.
- Support the delivery team to meet KPI and SLA targets.
- Work as part of the team to achieve our account plan.
- Proficient in full life cycle contract IT recruitment delivery.
- Qualify technical job specifications with line management.
- Develop, in conjunction with HR, an improved Employee Value proposition.
- Develop and implement route to markets for client candidate attraction (Market Insights).
- 3rd party management (supplier / vendor management and consolidation).
Typically, strong skills and experience in vendor management, relationship management and senior stakeholder management will be required for this opportunity.
The client is based in both Paddington & Newbury with occasions travel between the two main sites.
