What You’ll Do:
Troubleshooting of site issues as needed. Assigning trouble tickets to Field Technicians as needed, tracking each site to completion.
Manage team’s tickets progress and status reports
Provide the client with status reports on any alarms and issues with network.

Proven time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communicator, communicating clearly and often.
Driven to succeed, and able to work flexible hours and under pressure.
Independent work style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Very organized with an ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment to help maintain all project information and documentation
Able to pull and decipher alarm blogs
The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
8 years of experience in construction and troubleshooting Wireless RF systems
Knowledge of Nokia and T-Mobile
Experience with Microsoft Excel
