Lorien have been responsible for the full IT / Tech RPO solution for this client for many years, off the back of amazing results and with customer experience at the very heart of what we, Lorien now have the opportunity to support them on a wider scale and partner with them across the whole of professional services. We have now been awarded a much wider RPO remit. Lorien Resourcing are now supporting them, not just with Tech / IT, but across the whole of their professional service business units, additional areas now also include:
- Audit, Risk & Compliance
- HR / Human Resources / Central
- Tax & Deal Advisory
Due to this unprecedented growth (even through COVID), this has now created a brand new vacancy for this client solution and Lorien is now investing in recruiting an Onsite Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead by example and manage a n existing team of Sourcing Partners / Delivery Consultants to support this client across all their permanent recruitment requirements for all the corporate functions listed above.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead, manage and deliver on all permanent recruitment activity for the client. You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of all CV candidate applications for this global RPO client (Big 4 Consultancy) across multiple functions. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining resourcing strategies for all capability areas, which includes diversity and inclusion talent pool and talent pipelines. You will be working as part of the overall account senior leadership team and represent the delivery team in all the key stakeholder meetings. This is very much a "hands on" type role and you will be expected to lead by example and mentor the resourcing team while also carrying recruitment requirements.
Lorien work in partnership with this RPO client and completely integrated in to their business. With over 1000 permanent vacancies in scope for 2021 you will be responsible for driving excellence to ensure the team consistently exceeds performance measures. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitment service and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. You will be accountable for the recruitment process with a key focus on direct recruitment solutions. You and your team will be accountable for the 100% fill rate of all their permanent staffing needs across the areas of professional services.
- Build and lead the Sourcing team that ensures consistency of delivery
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own the candidate journey which feeds into the overall hiring experience.
- Develop a talent pool framework that helps the helps map out consistent workforce requirements.
- Foster a culture of learning and development for the recruitment team.
- Attend meetings with client contacts to discuss Lorien performance
- Ensuring that delivery into assigned accounts is of a consistent high standard
- Responsible for putting together and providing client reports / MI.
- To ensure that client processes are adhered to and monitored.
- Provide accurate estimates of future client financial performance.
- To mentor junior members of the team and provide hands-on management and training, development & coaching
- Perform monthly business reviews and annual reviews with assigned staff.
With Lorien historically supporting this client for 8-9 years from an RPO capacity across all of their IT / Tech recruitment, the existing team is strong in this area. Since the acquisition of all the other corporate functions that now fall under the Lorien RPO solution, the ideal applicant will have a proven track record in any of the other new professional services such as Audit, Risk, Compliance, Tax, Deal Advisory, Consultancy, HR that sit within this solution for the client.
You will be experienced "player / coach" and happy to lead and manage recruitment requisitions to ensure the Lorien team exceeds contractual targets. Proven experience leading onsite (and/or) offsite teams while possessing a good understanding of the recruitment process and commercial complexities around RPO recruitment solutions. With direct client access, good volume of requirements (over 1000 requirements in 2021 alone) and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.
