With the technology market growing rapidly, our clients expect us to grow with it. With several new RPO and MSP client wins, reporting has become an even more important part of the service to our clients. As a result we are looking for a Junior / Assistant MI Analyst to support our corporate account clients and RPO customers. At Lorien it's our people who make the difference. Who You Are?

The successful applicant will support with the reporting of Management Information (MI) to our clients, vendors and Senior Management Team. You will compile client specific reports from various data sources, and produce them in a suitable format for distribution. You will also be responsible for analysing performance against client KPIs and SLAs. As well as working on data for a variety of clients, you will also be asked to compile internal performance data, and field ad-hoc report requests from various areas of the business. This role would suit somebody with good verbal and numerical reasoning, and a passion for delivering a high quality service to big name clients. And, in addition to the skills below, we're looking for somebody who wants to play a key role in the global growth of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities?

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel with the ability to perform VLOOKUP's
  • Convert data to pivot tables and graphs, and macros
  • Intermediate level knowledge of PowerPoint and good written presentation skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Solid analytic ability
  • Verbal and Numerical reasoning
  • Compilation of client specific MI from various data sources.

However it is vital that you have an excellent understand and have used EXCEL at a professional level. We can teach you the recruitment element of the role, however usage of EXCEL will be a significant important part of the role.
