Lorien already have an award winning established team sitting on this client site and have supported them exclusively for all their IT / Tech RPO recruitment for a number of years. We are pleased to say that off the back of amazing results and a proven track record, with customer experience at the very heart of what we do, while being a trusted partner to their business - Lorien now have the opportunity to support them on a wider scale and partner with them across other corporate functions and professional services business units.

This is great news and opportunities do not come much bigger than this. (Even through COVID) Lorien Resourcing is now investing in recruiting an Account Director to strategically manage, lead an existing team of Onsite Recruitment Business Partners (and grow a new team to cover these new functions) while owning the full P&L for this huge Global Client based in London.

Job Description:

This role is operating at so many different levels, that it will be exciting for someone wanting to work with such a Global market leading client and who is already highly experienced in the RPO world as an Account Director:

  • Strategic management of large RPO Client account with associated management and leadership of account team
  • Responsible for effective delivery of all in-scope services to Client
  • Ensuring that all contractual and service commitments are monitored and met
  • Responsible for development and growth of account to ensure Lorien opportunity is maximised
  • Ownership of Client P&L to ensure effective delivery against financial targets

To be considered for this opportunity you need to have previous experience within RPO / Inhouse environment having had responsibility for significant volumes of Permanent Recruitment. Naturally you will have excellent people management & leadership skills with the ability to drive performance or large target driven teams. There is a lot of work ahead on this account so it would be important to demonstrate proven experience of further developing client accounts through growth / increasing profitability / efficiency / new service lines etc...

Key skills:

  • Development and management of key client stakeholder relationships
  • Recruitment, development and management of account team to enable them to deliver 1st class service
  • Proactive management of account performance
  • Driving continuous service development and improvement plans
  • Delivering market insight and innovation to the client to drive best practise
  • Leading all strategic review meetings with Client
  • Driving Added Value services within the Client
  • Overall P&L management
  • Ensure effective supply chain management as required
  • Proactively lead, manage and deliver on account retenders and renewals
  • Drive and support change throughout the business as required
  • Problem/complaint escalation point

Who are you?

Success in this role will have the ability to integrate with the client, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on the recruitment of new talent. It will require quality engagement with senior stakeholders and understanding their recruitment needs so that you can ensure obtain the best results. As well as exceeding client expectations, you will need to ensure Lorien's opportunities are maximised and the account is developed accordingly. In addition to the experience listed, you will be a hard-working, ambitious and results driven individual with a high level of professionalism.

This opportunity would suit an Onsite Account Director who has a wealth of experience in managing a large, complex RPO Permanent Recruitment Solutions while also showing examples of continuously improving and implementing new and improved business solutions.
