You will be a true partner, an extension to their business to manage, partner, consult and fill all IT / Tech recruitment requirements. The vacancy:

Imagine for one second working in a highly competitive arena such as Recruitment and not having to compete with any other agency on any of the vacancies you work on and being the account manager and direct recruiter for this client? Think about that...... Sounds great doesn't it.

Lorien has a market leading RPO & MSP division comprising of many prestigious clients and this portfolio is just getting bigger and better every single day. This particular solution will be to support the client across all IT / Tech Recruitment needs. As a result we are now looking for a key individual that will be "hands on" in the delivery for this corporate client account and help continue with our expansion plans. There is a lot of scope and flexibility for the right person and worth noting that this opportunity can include "people management" responsibilities and lead / manage a team of resourcer supporting them on the account.

With a specific focus working on permanent vacancies across the whole IT / Tech spectrum its important to have a proven track record in "delivery" and still being hands on filling roles leading from the front. On top of that, you will not be in competition with 100's of other recruitment companies, as Lorien is the RPO solution to this client. The client is a well-known company and household name. With direct client access, good volume or requirements and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.

If I had a £1 for every time this situation played out...... Let's be honest, we've seen it a 101 times... "hot desk" "warm Desk" "great client base." Then you join the recruitment agency and on day one you are doing cold calling / 360 type recruitment. Not what you signed up for right? This isn't just PSL type business where we just have TOB's agreed with the end client. Lorien are engaged with this client at a strategic solution level where ALL THEIR VACANCIES ARE WORKED BY LORIEN EXCLUSIVELY. Don't be confused - this isn't portal faceless type recruitment. You will be supporting a huge client (a house hold name) in its field and deal with end to end recruitment.

Your background:

It is essential that the successful person must have a proven track record working within the permanent IT recruitment markets. You must also have a proven track record of high quality service delivery to be considered for this role. You will have excellent client facing skills and a desire to keep Lorien ahead of its competition by providing a world class recruitment service. Hands on delivery but can incorporate team leader / people management responsibilities depending on your experience.

With a blend of working from home and our London office supporting this client, the opportunity would suit a 360 type recruiter maybe wanting to focus more on account management and delivery OR an existing Delivery Consultant / Resourcer / Account Manager who is working on smaller quieter accounts and looking for greater scope plus an employer who can provide greater autonomy and career progression. The important part here is you are "delivery focused."
