The vacancy

Imagine for one second working in a highly competitive arena such as IT Recruitment and not having to compete with any other agency on any of the vacancies you work on? Think about that... Sounds great doesn't it.

Lorien has a market leading Corporate Accounts division comprising many prestigious and established accounts as well as a strong portfolio of ever growing accounts where Lorien is engaged at an RPO / MSP / Master Vendor level. 2020 was tough on so many different levels - we all know that, but as clients and business look to grow, recruitment is at the very heart of their plans for growth. I am pleased to confirm that Lorien are now working in partnership with... not 1, not 2 not 3 BUT 4 clients at an RPO & MSP solution level across London. As a result I am looking for a number of Account Managers, Delivery Consultants, Recruitment Partners who are "Delivery Focused" to partner with, support and deliver in to these businesses and help continue with our expansion plans.

You will not be in competition with 100's of other recruitment companies, as Lorien is the RPO / MSP solution to these client. The clients are well known business' and between them have over 1000 staffing requirements in 2021. With direct client access, good volume or requirements and a high quality employee value proposition this is a unique opportunity.

If I had a £1 for every time this situation played out. Let's be honest, we've seen it a 101 time - "hot desk," "warm Desk," "great client base." Then you join the recruitment agency and on day one you are doing cold calling / 360 type recruitment. Not what you signed up for right. This isn't just PSL type business where we just have TOB's agreed with the end client.

NO NO - Lorien are engaged with these client at a strategic solution level where ALL THEIR VACANCIES ARE WORKED BY LORIEN EXCLUSIVELY. Don't be confused, this isn't portal faceless type recruitment. You will be supporting huge clients (house hold names) in their fields and deal with end to end recruitment.

What you need to bring with you

We have 2 requirements in the London office, but you will need to be an experienced IT recruitment consultant. You must also have a proven track record of high quality service delivery to be considered for this role. You will have a desire to keep Lorien ahead of its competition by providing a world class recruitment service.

With a blend working from home and being based from our London office supporting these clients, the opportunity would suit a 360 type recruiter maybe wanting to focus more on account management and delivery OR an existing delivery consultant / account manager who is working on smaller quieter accounts and looking for greater scope and a employer who can provide greater autonomy and career progression. The important part here is you know your vertical market so that you can partner with these clients as an expert in your field.
