Junior Service Desk Analyst - 6 month contract

A Large Manufacturing company are looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join them on a contract basis working from home / London. Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company. You will monitor the Corporate ticket queues in the Service Desk tool and either resolve the tickets directly or do so with the help of the Super Users / suppliers for the relevant application.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Monitoring and triage of the Corporate support queues in Helix
  • Customer support skills and troubleshooting of applications
  • Assist in on-boarding new applications
  • Install and do basic configuration on various applications
  • Good communication skills for interacting with non-technical customers
  • Ensure that, at all times, company policies, standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
