CRM & Loyalty Coordinator

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in CX / CRM roles such as CRM specialist, CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager, UX manager, CRM/SFDC project management


  • 2-5 years of experience with CRM
  • Proficient in the use of SFDC and Marketing Cloud (Drupal)
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM, data management and -reporting
  • Customer service and issue resolution with strong customer experience background
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and terminology
  • Preferably experienced with loyalty scheme management
  • Knowledge of data protection, GDPR
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Experienced w business tool used for business analytics purposes, eg QLIK Sense


  • Good understanding of the agricultural industry
  • Digital Campaign activation skills, preferably experienced in setting up/supporting digital journeys and VOC,
  • Project management skills
