We are looking for an Office Administrator go joint our team to cover maternity leave, this will be an initial 3 month contract, the role is based in Rickmansworth /remote working.

You will be working to support the delivery of the Accessories On-line project, maximising accessory sales by timely administration of the AOL inbox with the accurate entry of the required accessories onto the on-line system. A key aspect of this role is to maximise business opportunities to increase volume by identifying those opportunities and clearly communicating with other stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Management of the AOL inbox ensuring all orders placed within agreed timescales
  • Maintenance of AOL database ensure correct information at all times
  • Accurate entry of AOL orders onto the on-line system
  • Identification of opportunities to maximise business by using available data
  • Proactive problem solver and a source of solutions and ideas
  • Escalation of enquiries to relevant people in the department, with timely follow ups to ensure requested information is sourced and shared
  • Effective and open communication with dealer network in order to resolve issues
  • Professional use of Excel tools, using Pivot tables to manipulate data
  • Effective maintenance of the central allocation document

Person Profile

  • Confident and experienced in data entry and analysis
  • Proactive and forward thinking, able to ask questions in order to quickly resolve any issues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage several different tasks at once without becoming flustered
  • High standard of attention to detail with a logical approach
  • Able to work unsupervised and set their own priorities whilst focussing on business needs

Experience/Knowledge Required (Essential & Desirable)

  • Minimum of two year's office administration experience
  • Experienced in fast and accurate data entry
  • Experience of managing a shared outlook inbox
  • Experience of solving problems and sharing problems and resolutions across the wider business
  • Some automotive knowledge is desirable
