Insight Manager - Remote Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading national company, are currently looking to hire Insight Managers to join a growing team on a contract basis. The company are interested in any background or experience (ideally retail but not essential) and are keen to speak to candidates very soon.

Currently there are a number of Insight Manager positions currently available, which are:

  • Pain Points Insight Manager
  • Financial Services Insight Manager
  • Pan Partnership Insight Manager

Information for each role are as follows:

Pain Points Insight Manager:

  • Playing lead role in helping to define current broken elements of the customer journey
  • Working in cross functional team to share customer insights about the defined pain points and help bring to life the customer experience and frustrations
  • Working with multiple sources of information to scope what the future ideal customer journey will be for the identified pain points (analytics, research, UX, complaints data, sales)
  • Defining frameworks for measuring success of customer experience - utilising multiple research / analytical methods to create 360 degree of the customer

Proven experience of:

    • Working with multiple data sets and ideally experience of utilising analytics and UX to supplement research
    • Customer Experience tracking and design
    • Using NPS and CSAT across categories and performance metrics
    • Working with broad cross functional team and sharing insights
    • Working with UX / CX design (nb. doesn't need to be a practitioner but needs to have an awareness) Quantitative skills mainly (wouldn't suit a qual researcher)
    • Prioritising and project management skills

Financial Services Insight Manager:

  • Playing a pivotal role in the ambition for the client to scale and develop it's financial services offering - working closely with senior marketing and product leads as well as the wider strategy team
  • Understanding the barriers to awareness of our offering, and working with brand to improve this including pre-testing of campaigns
  • Understanding how best to roll out our new offers including exploration of the customer journey (leveraging UX and Partner testing)

What you will have:

  • Previous experience in the financial services sector in banking, payment (credit), insurance, wealth management or similar
  • Strategy Development - market / audience evaluation, working across sources of information both primary and secondary
  • Quantitative and Qualitative - primarily research skills but comfortable using and interpreting analytics
  • Proposition Development - creative testing, shaping ideas and using insight to promote customer centre thinking
  • Stakeholder management and influencing - working with senior stakeholders to get buy in; promote customer led thinking and shape ideas
  • Outstanding qualitative and quantitative skill set
  • Prioritisation and project management skills
  • Strong storytelling skills

Pan Partnership Insight Manager:

  • Playing a pivotal role in helping the Partnership achieve it's 5 year strategic plan, through developing inspirational new services (often outside of core retail offerings), driving the development of our Partnership's Purpose and exploring partnership for growth.
  • Working across multiple brands and teams in a highly evolving part of the business, you'll have strong links with strategy, transformation, people and commercial development teams, as well as across the wider insight team including analytics.
  • Understand how to identify wider market opportunities using multiple data sources, and leveraging customer co-creation, move into white space with the appropriate brand and proposition.

Proven experience of:

    • Strategy Development - market / audience evaluation, working across sources of information both primary and secondary
