Service Desk Officer
New contract opportunity for an experienced Front Line Support Desk analyst for a Leeds based client.
Initial Length of Contract: 3 Months
Location: Leeds / Remote (Flexible Days)
One of our Clients require a front-line support analysts to work on their busy Service Desk.
The DIS Service Desk provides a high quality, customer facing service to internal staff and partner organisations. The team provides support by phone, receiving and recording problems from customers, using a variety of system tools to try and resolve the problem and escalating and tracking issues where necessary.
Successful candidates will require excellent customer skills and will be able to communicate clearly and accurately. The ability to work as a member of a team is vital for this role.
