System Support Engineer - 50k

I am representing a world leading Media company who have around 5000 users across 80 countries. You will be working within a global team building and supporting custom-built trading and investment apps which is critical to the success of their business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot 1st and 2nd line technical issues raised by local markets and regional users and VIP's
  • Attempt to analyse the root cause of all problems and either provide the end users with a solution, workaround, or escalate the issue to the 3rd line off-shore support team
  • Verify, manage, track and regularly communicate the status of issues reported between the user base in the region and the support team
  • Perform data profiling, verification and analysis

Skills:

  • Power BI Dashboards
  • Running SQL queries
  • Ticketing System Support / Service Now (SNOW)
  • Azure (nice to have)
