To help us with this, we've got a talented IT support team to ensure the technology that underpins our organisation keeps running, and we need an equally passionate IT Support Manager to lead from the front.

We're looking for an experienced IT Support / Helpdesk Manager who can get to grips with our team and our systems and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction in Service Desk Support across the business.

You'll ideally be ITIL or SDI accredited with experience in managing a team of 5-10 service desk analysts and be used to Incident Management, Request Fulfilment and Problem Management.
