Project Manager - Service Desk

Our retail client currently has a Global Service Desk projects which requires a Project Manager to manage the implementation of the new Service Desk, the consolidation existing desks into the new one and the exit from existing suppliers.

You will be responsible for leading the day to day running of these projects, ensuring that our client will run to time and budget and that all PMO and Finance processes are followed. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project teams and their third parties are completing their tasks as per the project plans.
