Contract - Inside IR35

12 months - Abingdon

Are you a Desktop Technician with a passion in supporting customers? My client is looking for 1st line support agent who is able to support hardware and current desktop hardware. You will be supporting desktops, laptops (Windows and Mac) Printers, Cisco VOIP, Phones/PDAs. You will be speaking to customers over the phone, face to face and remote.

You will have experience supporting Windows and Mac users and Office suite as well as other applications. Be able to communicate effectively and focus on customer satisfaction. You will have experience working on help desk tickets and updating ticketing systems. Ideally supporting Windows 10 or higher.
