CRM Project Manager - 2 Year FTC

Our West Lothian based client (remote for now and possibly some in-office work down the line), operating in one of the most competitive sectors out there, are looking for a couple of new CRM focused PMs to join their cross functional PMO function on a 2 year fixed term contract basis.

These new additions will help deliver a core transformation programme of work and enable the organisation to bring in new tech, define and refine new processes, and ensure the continuous success of this great team.

Given the spread of these roles and the capacity for these new recruits to fully use their talents, individuals who have skills across the spectrum of PM, Business Analyst and Change Manager would be very well suited to this and gain valuable experience across all three areas.

The day to day:

  • Create project plans and define resource assignments including directing work efforts, identifying resource needs, status reporting and escalating any issues.
  • Review, analyse and improve existing business processes.
  • Work with SMEs to identify and explain the anticipated outcomes, timelines and ROI.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within deadline and budget, and that they meet requirements.
  • Track key milestones and adjusting plans and/or resources where necessary.
  • Liaise with all areas of the business impacted by the scope/budget/risk/resources being managed.
  • Partner with senior management to identify improvements and use tech to achieve goals.

The "You" part:

  • Background involving CRM / ERP implementation ( Salesforce / 365 Dynamics / etc. ) and business systems project delivery ideally in a sector like utilities or manufacturing.
  • Ideally skills across all three of the Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management domains and ideally any related qualifications ( Prince 2 / APMP / etc. )
  • End to end delivery background including project planning, resource forecasting, risk management, identifying and adapting to project issues, and so on.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver simultaneous projects (as part of the wider programme).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and representatives at all levels and build relationships across the business.
