Insights Manager6 Initial month contract
Our client is hiring an insights manager, Your role is key in helping the team to deliver a customer insight programme that resonates with the business vision, brings colleagues closer to the needs of our customers and ultimately drives action that leads to an enhanced customer experience. Specifically, we are looking for someone to help the execution of our enhanced NPS and Brand and Communications tracking programmes.
You will own the measurement of key customer KPI's and reports. You will make sure the tracking is robust and credible. You will build compelling stories that bring the customer voice to life across our teams, at any one time you will manage a portfolio of ad-hoc research projects. These could be anything from low cost, quick and cheap polls to high cost, multi-faceted, multi, country, multi phased research programs.
You will be comfortable in designing, scripting and analysing data as well as managing agency to deliver full service to deadlines without supervision, be a competent user of Excel and either SPSS, Q software, or scripting platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Userzoom, PowerBI, Qualtrics
