HR BUSINESS PARTNER - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM
Our Public Sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a part or fully qualified CIPD HR Business Partner. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will report to the HR Business Partner and your focus will be providing advice across the organisation in relation to operational HR, supporting the HRBP. The role requires proactive organisational skills, and excellent influencing skills alongside self-management and initiative.
On a daily basis you will be involved in supporting HRBPs across all departments in the organisation in an advisory role guiding line managers with ER cases, recruitment, and helping both employees and managers understand and implement policies and procedures. Essentially the role holder supports all aspects of the employee life cycle.
