Senior IT Support Engineer
Are you a Senior IT Support Engineer looking for a new role? If you are, we have a great opportunity to work with one of the largest Global IT Service Provide on an initial 5 month contract.
This role will be based on client site in Southampton.
- Managing Tech Deck, fault calls, service requests and planned changes, VOIP telephony support, High level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support and manning the 'TechDeck'.
- (PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair)
- This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff. Call management will progress from the current Cherwell system.
Key experience required:
Windows 10 experience Stock control Documentation creation
AV knowledge and experience
