I am working with a leading global analytics company currently in a growth period . My client is looking to develop their Security access controls offering, working to develop access and control protocols for users across the business, working closely with Security and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policy. You will also be involved in access and identity management across multiple core business solutions.

This is an instrumental role sitting across many applications with an approx. user base of 23k. Your experience with specific apps is not that important, what's ideal is that you have broad experience working across multiple applications as well as being a Self-starter. This is not a simple admin role, you will be integral in shaping and forming process and procedures, hence you must be comfortable asking questions of the superusers and senior stakeholders as well as being confident and structured in your work across the business.

Key Duties:

  • Deploy, maintain, update and troubleshoots user access issues.
  • Work with application owners to map the business roles to IT entitlement.
  • Manage user account and password management processes.
  • Monitor and Manage Privileged Access Management.
  • Creates and maintain detailed documentation based on new and existing processes and procedures and security and access controls, manage approvals and version controls.
  • Identifying and reporting possible security issues, incidents and violations of security policies.

Key Experience:

  • Key stakeholder engagement with Business Systems Team. tech community. Security Teams wider both business facing and technology facing stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in defining/improving processes
  • Understand of IT Service management. Service Operations, compliance with reg requirements such as SOX, COBIT etc and execution of policies etc
  • Strong User Access experience across wide range of technologies

This is an exciting new role which offers excellent career progression. Initially this will be remote after which a mixture of remote and onsite work will be excepted locations are London (Some travel to West Midlands) or based in the West Midlands.
