A leading IT Consultancy who work with technology services, solutions and products, to co-create solutions that help customers on their journey to enterprise-wide digitisation. Are currently looking for an SC Cleared 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
As the support engineer you will Provides varied and complex technical support activities as part of service delivery provision and/or projects deployment, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance. Advises customers on preventive maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
Windows XP / 7 Desktops
Windows Server 2010
Technologies Net Backup Veritas Clustering
Web Technologies (IIS, Tomcat, Moss, Share point Etc)
