O365 Product Manager

Are you a subject matter expert for Office 365? Do you have proven experience implementing solutions based on apps in SharePoint Online and Teams? Do you want to work for a company who believes in the balance between work and home life? If so, please read on and apply for more information.

You will work for a leading and award winning international commercial law firm, who are embarking on an ambitious consolidation and upgrade roadmap to align a majority of their services with the IT and Business Strategy. You will form part of the IT Delivery, Change and Operations Team to work on some of the latest technologies on the market to own, identify, plan and assist with the delivery of O365 products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a diverse and friendly team to showcase your knowledge and ability to influence positive change. You will also steer product development and act as a subject matter expert for Office 365 to drive user adoption in order to maximise the value of the company's investment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Drive the adoption of O365 across the business
  • Own the O365 roadmap and product backlog, as well as work with the Solution Architects and business stakeholders to determine when apps and features will be brought into service or deprecated
  • Identify candidate processes for migration to O365, thereafter specifying and implementing best solution
  • Understanding business requirements
  • Ensuring Teams, SharePoint sites, O365 groups are created in line with agreed architecture, taxonomies, governance, and standards
  • Planning the deployment of new apps and features, decommissioning of deprecated or unused apps, as well as organising sites, subsites to support agreed taxonomies and structures

Requirements:

  • Significant and proven experience implementing solutions based on apps in SharePoint online and Teams
  • Excellent knowledge of all O365 apps
  • Knowledge of MS Office desktop apps and how they integrate with O365
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of information management and document management
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Term Stores, Azure, M365 tech stack, iManage and Dynamics 365 CRM (Desirable)
