HR Project Manager - Workday Re-design

7 months initially - Inside IR35 - Remote/Berkshire

A leading R&D Organisation are looking for an HR Project Manager to lead a re-design of their annual compensation systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate management of HR projects in a particular domain on a global level
  • Plan and deliver critical projects
  • Enable consistent tracking and reporting of projects deliverables including benefits

You will need a high degree of project management experience, including agile methodologies, critical thinking, information analysis, communication and stakeholder management.

You will have a moderate level of technical savviness, as well as strong influencing skills.

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR domain with experience in Project managing and implementing large scale HR technology projects
  • Experience working with large global project teams
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile)

Desirable:

  • Experience of Employee Compensation & Benefits
  • Workday - implementation/re-design
