We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst with Customer / Digital experience to join a Large Retail Organisation on a 6-month contract based in Bristol. The Successful Candidate will also have experience of using Salesforce, SAP CRM and Microsoft dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting analysis activity in order to elicit requirements and inform business decisions.
  • Process Mapping
  • Co-ordinate demand conditioning workshops
  • Investigating, analysing and reviewing project or business documentation.
  • Supporting the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems.
  • Supporting the creation and iteration of acceptance criteria
  • Establish the AS - IS Process
  • Producing business models and assisting in the development of business cases.
  • Working independently or collaboratively on complex situations and tasks.
  • Providing specialist advice on subject to multiple stakeholders on complex issues.

Experience:

  • Agile / Waterfall
  • Customer / Owner Experience
  • CRM (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP CRM, Siebel)

Desirable:

  • Amazon Connect / Workforce Management Products
