Helpdesk & Service Delivery Analyst - Glasgow - 8 Month Contract
Our client are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk & Service Delivery Analyst to join on an 8 month initial contract inside of IR35.
Required to provide 1st and 2nd Line support, dealing with Incident management and request fulfilment, including problem management, Customer facing skills, Problem Solving and diagnostic skills.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Active Directory
- Windows Client OS
- Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Service Desk Institute - Service Desk Analyst qualification
- ITIL Foundation qualification
