My banking client based in Edinburgh, due to project demands require an Experience Manager to support their digital channels project.
-Create and drive delivery of the Digital Sales & Services, Propositions, Capabilities and Channels backlog, be able to effectively prioritise work to maintain completion of sprint goals and tasks
-Continually identify opportunities to digitise, improve and manage the digital experiences to deliver increased customer value and effortless customer experiences through various digital channels
-Be part of team which manages the delivery of change through our digital channels from inception through to post-live validation and monitoring, ensuring the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement are considered at every stage
-Facilitate the planning, timing and execution of delivery roadmaps and backlog, within and across domain platforms through aligning the vision, planning, and interdependencies of many teams by providing cross-team/domain synchronization of the delivery of the portfolio and domain pipeline.
-Work collaboratively with CBA scrum teams.
The skills you'll need:
Subject Matter Expert in digital channels, including mobile and online as well as Digital Propositions
-Knowledge of SEO; Digital Marketing; Analytics/ Personalisation; Experience Management (journey mapping/ UX/ Funnel management/etc)
-Important to understand our tech stack (Adobe etc)
-Role model critical agile capabilities and ways of working
-Driving and delivering innovative ideas through agile ways of working ; looking at harnessing digital and technological advances that truly benefit our customers
