My banking client based in Edinburgh, due to project demands require a Customer Experience Business Analyst to support them on their digital channels project.

Key responsibilities/requirements:

  • Guide the design and implementation of customer experiences
  • across all digital channels
  • Simplify and improve the customer experience to make sure
  • that digital experiences are optimised in the delivery of speed
  • and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesion in the digital
  • experience in order to build customer trust and advocacy
  • Build strategic thinking across the business to develop an awareness of disruptors and innovators in digital experience

The skills you'll need:

  • Experience of agile ways of working
  • Knowledge of agile tools such as JIRA
  • Experience of project governance and delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Preferably knowledge of Digital and the challenges we face
