2nd Line Support / Service Desk Technician Huntingdon

We are looking for candidates for either Night or weekend shifts.

NIGHT SHIFTS: 7pm to 7am, 4 days on and 4 days off (you will be required to work some public holidays, but you will get time off in lieu)

WEEKEND SHIFTS: 7am to 7pm Fri - Sun and 7am to 12 noon Monday (you will be required to work some public holidays, but you will get time off in lieu)

Job Description

  • Monitoring and meeting service level targets
  • Building and maintaining strong supplier/partner relationships with both the company and the customer suppliers
  • Providing day to day support
  • Management and analysis of customer bill reporting
  • Overseeing practise of customer/supplier processes and feeding back suggested changes where required
  • Managing incidents, service and change requests through to resolution and in line with contractual obligations
  • Documenting and rolling out of changes in existing process/new processes where required
  • Understanding and operating to differing contractual obligations
  • Managing conflicting and changing priorities
  • Resolving escalations and complaints

Experience Required

  • Experience in customer facing environment
  • Some experience of managed service preferred but not essential
  • Windows Desktop Skills
  • O365 Administration Skills
  • Backups / Restore Skills
  • SharePoint Skills
  • Ticketing System Experience
  • Server Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMWare)
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Windows Server (full range)
