IT Service Desk Analyst - Wigan - £20,000

Lorien Global are currently working in partnership with one of the most well-known brands in the North of England. Based from Wigan my client is currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their fast-paced service desk.

You will be required to have a blend of the following experience:

  • Strong ability to prioritise the importance of technical faults
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology (Windows OS/Office 365/ Windows Server/ AD)
  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Familiarity of how to successfully manage customer service

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get into IT or wants to progress their career with an organisation that offer an environment to develop their skills.

Salary available is up to £20,000.
