Business Analyst (Inside IR35)

We are looking =for a Business Analyst to join one of our large clients based in London (remote currently) until August 2021 initially.

This is part of the define requirements / use cases for Transformation initiative. You will need to have insurance industry expertise and knowledge of Duck Creek Policy / Billing, SAP Claims and Front End customer journey / integrations.

Functional Knowledge

• Operational & functional process discovery, process re-design
• SAP Claims Module (Nice to have)
• Exposure to other claims management systems / platforms (e.g. Guidewire / Duckcreek)

Industry experience:

• General Insurance
  • Home (nice to have)
• Claims operational processes (across entire value chain - FNOL, Segmentation, Investigation, Evaluation, Settlement & closure)
