Senior UX Designer (UX) - Retailer

WHAT THE TEAM DO: The vision is to create a market leading customer service experience through the website and other supporting digital platforms. The main customer journeys we focus on are supporting customers with delivery journeys (tracking and comms), returns & refunds journeys (how to, and refund updates), and supporting customers with Electrical products they've purchased.
THE ROLE: This includes making sure guarantee info is clear and communicated effectively, working with Buying to source better "how to" and "troubleshooting" content from brands to surface on the website, and working closely with the contact centres to set a strategy for how we connect customers with support (be that via live chat, facebook messenger, telephony, email etc)
